For the last couple of years, the prevailing message around AI in the business environment has been a pretty simple one: use it. Test it, play around with it, operationalise it if you can, but most of all get comfortable with it. After all, your competitors probably are – and no organisation wants to be the one standing still while everyone else is charging ahead.
