Trade unions accuse Nike of violating labour rights

Trade unions from various countries have filed a formal complaint against Nike for violating labour rights and failing to comply with Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) guidelines.

In a complaint filed with the US National Contact Point for Responsible Business Conduct, trade unions accused the sportswear giant of violating the OECD responsible business guidelines during the Covid-19 pandemic.
