UK-based Korean beauty retailer Pure Seoul has signed a 10-year deal with a new industrial and logistics space partner as it continues its expansion.

The retailer has partnered with Indurent on a 61,000 sq ft distribution hub in Derby, East Midlands.
Pure Seoul is continuing to scale its UK omnichannel presence and will use the Indurent site as its national distribution centre to support stock flow into its growing network. It will also support its online site and its retail partnership with Superdrug.
The site is designed to offer strong national connectivity, access to the M1 and A50 corridor, Derby city centre, and East Midlands Airport.
Pure Seoul chief executive and co-founder Leslie Tang said: “Securing a dedicated UK distribution hub at Indurent Park in Derby marks a major milestone in our growth journey.
“As Pure Seoul continues to expand across both retail and ecommerce, planning to double our store count by the end of 2026, this facility provides the scale, efficiency, and connectivity needed to support our operations and customers nationwide.”
Indurent development director Robert Richardson added: “Pure Seoul is a great example of the next generation of retail brands scaling rapidly across multiple channels. Indurent Park Derby provides the connectivity and quality these businesses need as they look to expand their UK footprint.”
