Supergroup’s wholesale arm Laundry Athletics has reached a settlement with Arcadia Group over the alleged copying of one of its jackets.

The leather jacket in question, which was worn by David Beckham, had allegedly been copied by Arcadia prompting Laundry Athletics to threaten legal action to Sir Philip Green’s fashion group.

Laundry Athletics and its parent Supergroup, which runs Cult Clothing and Superdry stores, is represented by lawyers Fox Williams.

Fox Williams said it was “committed to protecting their intellectual property rights and are dedicated to aggressively pursuing any infringements of Laundry Athletics’ designs".
