Barry Morris, non-executive director of Bradford-based shoe retailer Stylo, is to retire from the company.

Morris became a director in 2001 and will step down at the end of this month. He will be replaced by David Lockyer.

Stylo chairman and chief executive Michael Ziff said: “Barry has made an immense contribution to the company during his tenure as a director and this has been much appreciated and valued.”

Lockyer started his career at C&J Clark and worked on the sale of footwear retailer Stead & Simpson.
