Fashion retailer increases sales by a fifth over the holiday period
Ted Baker increased sales during the period from November 1 to December 24 by 20.6 per cent compared with the same period the year before. Gross margins and stock levels are in line with the previous year and the retailer said it enters the new season with a clean stock position.

Ted Baker chief executive Ray Kelvin said: 'I am delighted to report that the strong sales growth seen in the first half has continued during the key Christmas period, both in the UK and overseas. We remain confident of a positive outcome for the full year.'
