M&S rolls out ‘book and shop’ service as lockdown looms

Marks & Spencer has rolled out its Book & Shop service

Marks & Spencer has made its Sparks Book & Shop shopping reservation service available in 566 food stores and larger branches with food halls ahead of England’s lockdown on Thursday.

The service allows customers to book a shopping slot, removing the need to queue and helping M&S to manage shopper numbers in-store.
