Frasers has acquired a Lancaster shopping centre as it continues to expand its portfolio
Frasers Group has acquired St Nicholas Arcade in Lancaster, further adding to its expanding shopping centre portfolio in the UK.
The 160,000 sq ft space is a key retail destination in Lancaster, and Frasers said this acquisition further strengthens its commitment to physical retail.
