Danish fashion chains Jack & Jones and Vero Moda will open a dual fascia shop on Oxford Street, London.

Parent Bestseller, which also operates other international brands including Vila and Name It, has signed a 15-year lease at 175 Oxford Street at a new £40m mixed-use retail site, owned by Salmon Harvester Properties and NFU Mutual.

The three-floor 8,500 sq ft store, located adjacent to Marks & Spencer, will open in three months.

Property agents Harper Dennis Hobbs acted for Bestseller, and Thomas Davidson and Jackson Criss acted for Salmon Harvester and NFU Mutual.

Bestseller has more than 5,000 stores across 43 countries.
