St David’s shopping centre in Cardiff has signed several more retailers ahead of its opening next week, but still has around a third of its shops left to let.
The scheme - owned by Capital Shopping Centres and Land Securities - has lured fashion and shoe retailers Jane Norman, Shoe Zone, Faith and Lambretta, along with Game, Paperchase, Lakeland and others.
The centre is 66% exchanged or in solicitors’ hands by floorspace.
The scheme’s letting agents are E J Hales, Lunson Mitchenall and Cushman & Wakefield.
