Shopping centre SouthGate Bath has signed a raft of fashion and electricals retailers ahead of opening in September, meaning the scheme is now 75% let.

Store groups Urban Outfitters, Topshop, Topman, River Island, Fat Face, and a joint Currys and PC World store are the latest chains to sign up.

The retailers will join others including H&M, All Saints, Game and anchor Debenhams which have all already signed to the scheme.

SouthGate Bath is a joint venture between Multi Development and Aviva Investments.

Joint letting agents are Strutt and Parker and DTZ.
