Hereford Cathedral shop has added a Metrologic barcode scanner to its PayPoint EPoS system, supplied by Bristol-based AMA Business Systems. Non-barcoded craft items are given a six-digit code, which is converted to a barcode by the Pegasus Opera back-office system.
