Plans to acquire 10 stores in London and the Southeast
Hardware retailer Robert Dyas, advised by Savills, aims to acquire 10 new stores in London and the Southeast over the next six months. The retailer has just won two new outlets in Sevenoaks and Weybridge.

Savills director Jeremy Elphick said: 'Robert Dyas has been steadily expanding its estate in recent years. The current acquisition programme is directed at securing busy convenience locations in good quality centres throughout London and the Southeast.'

Robert Dyas is also pursuing an online growth drive and aims to double its online sales.
