To mark the 150th anniversary of luxury brand Louis Vuitton, Galeries Lafayette in Paris has created scenes showcasing the marque in 13 windows at its flagship store on Boulevard Haussmann. The theme is travel and the grand hotels, which is mirrored in an exhibition in the Galerie des Galeries, on the store's first floor.
According to the retailer, the scene 'engages the five senses, mixing the real and virtual' and takes shoppers on a tour from the hotel's reception to the bedrooms. Many of the visual props including some of the original Malletier graphics, have been taken from the Louis Vuitton museum of travel. The exhibition and window displays end on June 19.
