Retail Solutions - Itim Group buys Zygon Systems
Multi-channel content management specialist Zygon Systems - whose customers include Argos and E.UK - has been acquired by Itim Group in a£2.5 million investment.
Itim is best known as a consultancy and for its supply chain solutions, including Tradeledger and Chameleon. Its customers include SpecSavers, Ottakar's and Uniqlo.
Group founder and chairman Ali Athar believes that Zygon's product information system sits neatly within this model. He said: 'Itim acquired Zygon because together we know how to integrate business processes and how to manage product information.'
