Retail Property - Only two units left at Weavers Wharf complex

Centros Miller has secured five new tenants for its 350,000 sq ft (32,515 sq m) Weavers Wharf regeneration scheme at Kidderminster.

The scheme is now 99 per cent let, with only two units still available.

Sports Soccer will trade as Sports World from an 18,000 sq ft (1,670 sq m) store, in which it is installing a 100 per cent mezzanine. New Look is taking 10,000 sq ft (930 sq m), while Clinton Cards has chosen a 4,000 sq ft (370 sq m) unit.

Restaurant operator Frankie & Benny's is taking the grade II listed Boiler House adjacent to the canal, and Chinese herbalist Shizhen is taking a 90 sq m (1,000 sq ft) shop.

Centros Miller development manager David Lewis said: 'The interest in Weavers Wharf has been overwhelming. With the scheme due to open in October, I am confident that we will be 100 per cent let before completion.'

Chase & Partners and GVA Grimley are the letting agents.
