Faith Footwear and Ciro Citterio are the latest retailers to open units in the Coopers Square shopping centre at Burton-upon-Trent in Staffordshire.
Faith has taken 7 Swan Walk, and Ciro Citterio has relocated to a larger unit at 6/8 Dame Paulet Walk.
Ciro Citterio operations director Peter Fitzpatrick said: 'We've noticed good year-on-year sales increases from our existing store and decided to join Next in doubling the size of our representation in this town.
Initial sales are substantially over target.'
Grosvenor manages the 35,750 sq m scheme for the Arkle Fund. Grosvenor senior asset manager Helen Beckett said: 'Since the Arkle Fund purchased the scheme in 1999, 10 fashion retailers have opened new stores. As a result, footflow is up 7.5 per cent this year to almost 14 million and dwell-time is also increasing.'
