It is total joke that they still have people on the operating Board who have been there for years, have previously been unsuccessful in roles in the interim, yet have been promoted to the Operating Exec and highly paid.. Lewis should bring in an entirely new team as it was not just the previous Board who lost touch and were not up to their jobs
