They've had far too many stores for far too long. It was a mystery to me why they kept so many on after the pre-pack. That would have been a perfect opportunity to divest themselves of 90% of their property millstone and then concentrate on a few key locations plus a website and some concessions.

I still think that would be a viable rescue package now, but I suppose it looks unlikely unless someone else comes on to the scene with the same idea.
