The start point with 18 yrs to 30 yrs is a definition of mental illness that is grossly misunderstood by this age group.

Once this is made clear the number of people that think they are suffering from mental health issues drops through the floor as in reality they are no different (some would say significantly better off) than previous generations .

The simple treatment is the explanation of how to categorise the different feelings that people have so they begin to understand sadness for instance is not mental health related.

It works wonders .
