Why Amazon are allowing any staff that should be working from its offices for 5 days a week to just 3 days is staggering.

Everyone who should be in the office as an employee must work 5 days a week or leave.

I tried it, it’s an absolute disaster , 3 people left when we said no one works from home.

Business works so much better when staff are where the should be.
