A poisoned challis is what a minority stake in JLP would bring.

Raising that kind of money will only be backed on realisable assets as no one is going to lend based on the management that does not have the experience to run a large retailer and as for any lender being staff centric just shows how naive the chairman is .

Staff of course will begin to revolt based on no bonus no ownership as that is how they will see it.
