No matter what you think of new look as a business they are still in many schemes an anchor tenant .

The prospect of a percentage of sales, rates and service charges paid against nothing and then the cost of redevelopment of the empty space and a rent of other retailers not being able to pay as footfall collapses in some of those schemes is a no brainier particularly as it’s a CVA so they will get back some of the current debt owed as opposed it a prepack where they get nothing .
