The argument that new look only have there self to blame for falling sales and low profitability is irrelevant .

The market changed beyond all recognition and the only hope of survival is to match income to the right level of cost. Either that or landlords need to find alternative tenants for their schemes.

if the changes they make work then the upside for landlords via a percentage of sales is guaranteed .
