The realisation that falling sales from non rent paying internet competition and now the pandemic along with Very high property rates is clearly not understood by landlords who frankly just want there rent no matter what they say .

The miss the realisation that they have a good chance that they will receive continuing rent .

Refuse and a prepack will be next with a whole raft of landlords paying property rates and more empty stores once the footfall reduces from new look closures in there schemes.

Stop whining and get on with it.
