Absolutely correct, there is very little support, I have been in many scary situations and often from big groups, when the police are called they are simply to overwhelmed to assist. Its very lonely and scary at times. My current employer has recently rolled out extensive body worn cameras which has helped and colleagues feel far more supported. So the government must help but also employers.
