In the last 5 years or so Sofology have been what DFS used to be under Kirkham - vibrant, energetic an somewhat edgy. In that time DFS have been focused on ponderously trying to flog the business. On the face of it a cheap deal, but remember that they had cash issues and trade on the same retail parks as DFS. Jason cannot operate under a grown up corporate structure and will depart and like everyone else set up a new online business!!!
