Returning BHS to the high street would be a massive risk and certainly not something anyone would entertain under a franchise model.

A more upscale BHS model would simply place it in to new territory with even greater competition. Why would anyone take that risk.

The BHS model in the Middle East is more upscale and had to be in order to work in that market but this will not work in the UK.
