this is an entirely sensible move by the management as the customers in these locations have not become used to shopping in these locations as Poundland at £1 however I cant see that converting existing Poundland stores in to this format will work well as I have seen for myself the massive negative reaction from existing customers to items at more than £1 in Poundworld. without the full buying power of the total business I expect products will not be in constant supply and margins may be slim.
