Comment

based on the overview it seems interesting; and without wishing to sound negative our issue has always been about getting the local council in our area to listen and take action. Borough councillors are loath to get openly involved in case they upset someone and fall back on party speak... we use the local press as much as we can to highlight issues as much to get the councillors notice and be noticed! I fear that for many areas the intertia we have experienced at times will not help.
