Is this a case of Tesco finding a way around competition laws by jumping on the latest band wagon? In my opinion, Tesco has always been a responsinle licensed retailer - I can't say that I have ever seen gangs of ASBO wielding hoodies, trying to avoid tripping over their tags, buying cheap booze in any Tesco that I have visited!

I can see in the future that if this went ahead, supermarkets may want to talk to one another about milk to make sure that farmers aren't getting a raw deal. Thin end of the wedge?
