Food inflation may be at a 3 year low, but over the last 3 years it has gone up by a rough 10%.

My wages haven't, so like everyone else (not at the boardroom trough) we are all poorer.

Add fuel costs, and everyone is probably -20% in real terms on 3 years ago.
