Belgian designer fashion retailer Maison Martin Margiela is relocating its only standalone UK store.

The brand occupies a unit at Bruton Place in London’s West End but is relocating because of redevelopment works.

Staff International, which owns Maison Martin Margiela, has signed for a 2,100 sq ft (195 sq m) store on Bruton Street, 500 yards from the original store. Bruton Street is also home to fashion labels Stella McCartney, Matthew Williamson, Diane Von Furstenberg, Celine and Brioni. The brand is also stocked in Selfridges on Oxford Street.

Property agent Churston Heard acted for Maison Martin Margiela, while Montagu Evans acted for the intermediary landlord, Primeridge.
