Mixed-use Kent centre is fully let
Quintain Estates & Development has bought Dartford's Copperfields centre in Kent from Antares Investments for£4.2 million, reflecting a net initial yield of 8 per cent.

The mixed-use property was constructed in 1989 and comprises 10 retail units totalling 12,860 sq ft (1,195 sq m) on the ground floor, with 12,510 sq ft (1,160 sq m) of office space at first-floor level.

The property is fully let on 17 leases to a range of retail, leisure and office tenants, including the Royal Bank of Scotland, Quick Silver Amusements, Mitchells Carpets and Target Corporate Service. It produces a total rent of£352,299 a year.
