One New Change, the new shopping centre in the City of London, open its doors to the public today.
The centre, developed by Land Securities, houses retailers such as Topshop, H&M and Banana Republic, which all make their City debuts when it opens to the public at midday today.
The centre is 94% exchanged, with 5% under offer and 1% in discussions.
Land Securities London Portfolio managing director Robert Noel said: “One New Change has been designed in sympathy with its rich architectural surroundings. The City mall will bring high-street brands, independent shops and unique concept restaurants to the City, to complement its world-class financial services and the area’s extensive repertoire of museums, art galleries and breath-taking architecture.
“By opening seven days a week we are changing people’s perceptions of the City and creating a new retail destination where the area’s rich culture can also be enjoyed by Londoners and tourists alike.”
Property agents CB Richard Ellis and Knight Frank act for the landlord.
