Dransfield Properties has started work on a retail development at Woodlands, Doncaster. United Co-operatives is to take a 4,000 sq ft (370 sq m) unit at the scheme. There are three more units of 1,140 sq ft (105 sq m) each, one of which has already been pre-let to Tote Bookmakers.
