Fashion retailer Viyella has secured three more sites at Marlborough, Market Harborough and Newton Mearns, Glasgow, as part of its expansion programme focusing on high street locations across the UK.
In Marlborough, it has agreed a rent of£44,000 a year for a 1,090 sq ft (100 sq m) unit at 8/9 High Street.
In Market Harborough, the retailer has taken a 10-year lease on 10 The Square, providing 1,280 sq ft (120 sq m) of retail space at£35,000 a year.
Viyella has also signed a 15-year lease on a 1,135 sq ft (105 sq m) unit at 27 The Avenue Shopping Centre, Newton Mearns, where the rent equates to£75 Zone A.
Mortlock Simmonds Brown and Ellwood Leverett are Viyella's retained property agents. In Glasgow, Hamilton Glen acted on behalf of the landlord, Sovereign Land.
