Property news - St Davids extension cleared

Goldrock Investments has been granted planning permission for a 37,000 sq ft (3,440 sq m) extension to its St Davids Retail park at Saltney, near Chester. The development will provide seven units, with an open A1 planning consent. Construction is expected to begin in autumn. Existing tenants include Poundstretcher and Farmfoods.
