Property news - Selby park plans growth

Dransfield Properties, developer of the Bawtry Road retail park at Selby in North Yorkshire, has submitted plans for a second phase even before completion of the first. The existing phase is on schedule to be completed in time for Christmas and is already fully pre-let to McDonalds, Homebase, Pets at Home, Halfords, Carpetright, Choices Video, Aldi and Brantano. Now plans have been put to Selby District Council for an additional 9,000 sq ft (835 sq m) retail unit.
