Property news - Perfume Shop takes kiosk at Ridings Centre

Resolution Property has attracted The Perfume Shop to Wakefield's prime shopping pitch, The Ridings Shopping Centre.

The retailer has taken one of two new 535 sq ft (50 sq m) kiosks that were created from the former Martin Dawes unit at Bishopsgate Walk.

Letting agents DTZ and Stevens & Company have been offering the kiosks on a£38,500 base rent with turnover top-up.

Resolution director Nigel Robson said: '(The) Perfume Shop is a great addition to the tenant mix at The Ridings (Shopping Centre) and we expect it to trade very successfully among the fashion tenant mix within the scheme.'
