Property news - Paddington's BID yes

In the biggest survey of business opinion so far, the planned Business Improvement District (BID) for Paddington, London, has received the support of 57 per cent of local businesses. With eight months to go before the formal vote on BID status, the promoters surveyed 170 firms and found that 27 per cent are unsure about the BID, but only 16 per cent oppose it.
