Property news - Morrisons at Wednesbury

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council has exchanged a development agreement with Morrisons for a 76,000 sq ft (7,060 sq m) food store as part of a wider regeneration of Wednesbury town centre in the West Midlands. The site at Union Street and Holyhead Road will also include a new market hall and offices for the council. Donaldsons advised the council on its regeneration strategy.
