Property news - Junction ups Thurrock stake

Capital & Regional's Junction fund has increased its holdings in Thurrock, with the purchase of the Courts unit freehold from Standard Life Investments for£12.8 million. The 50,000 sq ft (4,645 sq m) unit is let to Courts until 2012 at£750,000 a year. The purchase provides an initial yield of 5.75 per cent a year and an anticipated reversionary yield of 6.1 per cent a year.
