Property news - ISIS signs two top retailers for County Mall

ISIS Property has signed-up two more national retailers, which are both new to the town, for the 450,000 sq ft (41,805 sq m) County Mall shopping centre at Crawley, West Sussex.

French Connection has taken a 1,600 sq ft (150 sq m) store on a 15-year lease at£80,500 a year, plus a turnover-based top-up rent.

Meanwhile, Whittard of Chelsea has taken an 800 sq ft (75 sq m) store on a 15-year lease at a rent of£58,000 a year, plus a turnover-based top-up rent.

Pilot has doubled its presence at the mall, moving to a new 3,000 sq ft (280 sq m) unit on a 10-year lease at£125,000 a year.
