Property news - Eagle buys Burns Mall

Land Securities has sold the Burns Mall shopping centre at Kilmarnock in Strathclyde to Eagle Star for a price 'significantly in excess of' the£16.65 million quoting price. Land Securities was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle, while Conroy Laurie acted for Eagle Star.
