Castlemore has secured two more lettings at the Brent Cross Shopping Park in north London, which it is developing in partnership with Standard Life and Hammerson.
Borders has taken a 12,600 sq ft (1,170 sq m) unit and Sports World a 10,000 sq ft (930 sq m) unit, both on 15-year FRI leases at£45 per sq ft (£485 per sq m). Harvey Spack Field and Wilkinson Williams are joint letting agents.
At the same time, Paul Simon Curtains has taken leases on two other schemes being developed by Castlemore. At the Great Yarmouth Retail Park, Norfolk, it has taken a 25-year FRI lease on a 5,000 sq ft (465 sq m) unit at£16 per sq ft (£175 per sq m). At Mallard Road in Bournemouth, Dorset, it has taken a 20-year FRI lease on 5,000 sq ft (465 sq m) unit at£25 per sq ft (£270 per sq m).
