Mill store operator Boundary Mill Department Stores has opened its fourth outlet, in a prominently located 82,000 sq ft (7,615 sq m) site at Walsall in the West Midlands. The store - at Junction 10 of the M6 motorway - is arranged in two interconnecting buildings. Marks & Spencer is one of the anchor tenants operating an outlet from within the store. Boundary Mills has now retained Churston Heard to find similar sites in South Wales, South Midlands, the Southeast and Yorkshire.
