Galway-based developer Edward Holdings has bought the landmark Bank of Ireland building at 19 Eyre Square, Galway. The listed building has planning permission for conversion to retail use. It provides a net floor area of 14,150 sq ft (1,315 sq m) over a basement and three floors. It also has direct access to Eyre Square mall and links to Shop Street. Douglas Newman Good Commercial is the letting agent.
