The Effect of Regeneration on Retailers will be the subject of the next meeting of the Retail Week Property Directors’ Club, which is being held in London on January 22.
The speaker at the event will be Lorraine Baldry, one of the leading figures in the regeneration world. Lorraine is chairman of the London Thames Gateway Development Corporation and a board member of the Olympic Delivery Authority.
The Retail Week Property Directors’ Club is a social and business group that brings together property directors of leading retailers. The club runs its own exclusive events, as well as providing an online networking forum, in which members can communicate regarding issues affecting their business.
Membership of the club gives significant discounts and special privileges to a range of other Retail Week events, including the Retail Week Conference and the Property Directors’ Forum.
Hosted by Jennifer Creevy, property editor of Retail Week, club dinners are held four times a year – usually in the evening – and take the format of a drinks reception and dinner at a prestigious London venue or restaurant, with either a guest speaker or a round-table discussion.
