Phil Pinder
Phil Pinder is chair of York High Street Forum and co-owner of Potions Cauldron Group, which operates a number of businesses in York.
He has previously been a director of the York Business Improvement District and was founder and managing director of menswear retailer Cuffs & Co. He was also a member of the TUC General Council board for four years.
